Solarbio開發(fā)生產(chǎn)的10×電泳轉(zhuǎn)移緩沖液是用于蛋白印跡實驗（Western blotting）中濕法以及半干法電泳轉(zhuǎn)膜的緩沖試劑。本產(chǎn)品按常規(guī)方法配制而成，為10×濃縮液，不含SDS和甲醇，便于儲存、操作簡便。  
組份濃度：

      250mM Tris，1.92 M Glycine
使用說明：
      本產(chǎn)品為10×濃縮液，臨用前按下述步驟稀釋：
      1.取100mL 的10×電泳轉(zhuǎn)移緩沖液，加入200 mL無水甲醇混勻。
      2.加入蒸餾水或去離子水，定容至1L，混勻后即可使用。
      3.新配制的1×電泳轉(zhuǎn)移緩沖液工作液室溫可保存兩周左右。
      4.本產(chǎn)品不含SDS，蛋白分子量較大或者疏水性較強時，為增加轉(zhuǎn)膜效果，可適當(dāng)添加少量SDS（參考工作濃度為0.025-0.1%）。
注意事項： 
      1.本產(chǎn)品為高倍濃縮液，環(huán)境溫度較低時可能會有結(jié)晶析出，可加熱助溶，待溶解完全后再行稀釋使用；密封保存，防止污染。
